Acest studiu contribuie semnificativ la dezvoltarea medicinei preventive, susținând implementarea timpurie a neurotehnologiilor pentru îmbunătățirea rezilienței cognitive și emoționale, optimizarea funcțiilor neurofiziologice și încetinirea declinului biologic asociat vârstei.

Acest studiu clinic randomizat și controlat implică un eșantion de 200 de participanți sănătoși, distribuiți echilibrat în grup experimental (n = 100, 50 fete și 50 băieți) și grup control (n = 100, 50 fete și 50 băieți). Intervenția se desfășoară pe parcursul unui an și este structurată în trei cicluri terapeutice a câte 10 săptămâni fiecare, cu câte două sesiuni săptămânale urmate de 10 săptămâni de pauză între cicluri.
